This application is created by converting the Excel file 
with SpreadsheetWEB. Simply fill in the information and press Enter. The
application will recalculate premiums consistent with the calculation in the
Excel file. This application also includes SpreadsheetWEB's database integration
capabilities. When you press "Save", your entries will be stored in the
database. SpreadsheetWEB also allows you to create reports from the database.
