Employee Evaluation

This example demonstrates how an Employee Evaluation Web Form can be created using SpreadsheetWEB. This form collects the information from the user, saves it to the online database, which then can be viewed by administrators of the website using the control panel. The second application demonstrates how a resulting page can be created which displays the results.
