Process Tab

The 'Process Tab' allows you to run a batch process. Users can select an application to run a number of data records compatible with input fields in the application and export results (output fields). Input records can be imported from a CSV file and outputs can be exported to another CSV file.

By default, only Admin and Standard User will have access to “Process” tab

To start the process click on add process. The process wizard will display.

On the first screen of the process wizard, enter the process name, application name and the data file to upload (which must be a CSV file).

In step 2, the Wizard will display the Data Mapping that is matching column headers from the CSV file to Application inputs available in the control panel.

In step 3, the Wizard shows the output columns which will be saved as outputs. Select all the fields which need to be outputs.

In step 4, Wizard shows the results and asks you to either save the process to be run at a later time or run the process right now.

After pressing next a summary page is displayed. You can run the process you have created now or later. You can start execution of a process by pressing the “Run” button. While the process is running it will periodically refresh the page and display the current Status and number of records that are process with Success and Failure. While the Process is in execution, a “Stop” button will be visible. User can choose to stop the execution of the process.

Once the process is complete, the Status will change to “Complete”. At that point, a link called “output.csv” will appear under the Results column. The output data can be downloaded to your computer for review by clicking on the link.
