PivotTables®

A PivotTable® is a reporting tool that sorts and sums independent of the original data layout in the spreadsheet. SpreadsheetWEB can convert most types of PivotTables® embedded in Excel spreadsheets.

Use combo boxes above PivotTables® to specify a data selection. These combo boxes are single selection combo boxes. After changing the input, press 'Calculate' or press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard to re-calculate the table.

Row & Column

In the example, the row input is the 'Employed/Contracted/Volunteer' button. The Column input is 'Data'. These are interactive buttons. Once clicked, a list box appears. You can make multiple selections by pressing the 'Ctrl' button while making your selection using the mouse. Press 'OK' to save or 'Cancel' to cancel selections. It will refresh the table with the selected options.
