G - Grid

The input type grid allows you to select a range of cells (matrix) as a single input definition. This makes it much easier to handle large numbers of cells as long as they are grouped in a matrix form. It also allows you to create an "Excel-like" view inside your web application. The screenshot below displays a web application with the grid inputs highlighted in red.

Step 4 - Select Grid Input Type

After you have selected "Grid" from the drop down menu, a new small window will appear and you will be asked to select the range of cells that you want to assign to the input cell. Please note that you can only assign one grid per input cell.
