PivotTables®

Users can now publish their Excel-based PivotTables® applications to the web. It is easy to create interactive online tables with SpreadsheetWEB. These online reports can be used to analyze data, make comparisons, detect patterns and relationships, and discover trends. Most common PivotTables® functionalities are supported.

Rich User Interface Experience

Browsing Buttons: A news set of navigational tools makes it a simple task to create a rich user interface experience with custom browsing buttons that allow users to navigate easily back and forth between worksheets in mulitple worksheet web applications.

Hide and Deactivate Sections of Web Applications: Users can now design web applications that let their web application users only see and fill in areas of the web applications relevant for them depending on previous input. Other non-relevant areas are automatically concealed or deactivated by the web application.

Additional Access Control Functionalities

New SpreadsheetWEB-specific Excel functions: Two new SpreadsheetWEB-specific Excel functions were added for flexible and easy implementation of user/user role based access rights in web applications. It is only a matter of minutes to implement restricted areas within web applications in order to provide users access only to areas relevant to their responsibilities.

 

Addditional SpreadsheetWEB Database Features

Using the SpreadsheetWEB web control panel users can now view, edit an manipulte data in their SpreadsheetWEB database directly in the web browser. Data records can be assigned a custom status. The new history button delivers an online report about the history of events of data records.

 

 

What is SpreadsheetWEB?

SpreadsheetWEB converts Microsoft Excel spreadsheets into rich web applications and hosts them instantly on SpreadsheetWEB servers. Within minutes a spreadsheet is converted, online, and ready to be shared with others.

SpreadsheetWEB is based on the 'Software as a Service' concept, which means that all client and server-side software can be used for a monthly fee. A range of different hosting packages makes SpreadsheetWEB feasible for individuals, small businesses and large companies alike.
